With 25 years of experience in community aged care, Charmaine brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine commitment to supporting clients. Her career has spanned service delivery roles through to Team Leadership and Managerial experience, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional care at every level. Above all, Charmaine is driven by a client-centred approach, working with individuals to help them achieve their goals and enjoy a true sense of wellbeing.

Charmaine has a deep passion for training and staff development, believing that investing in people creates stronger teams and better outcomes for clients. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, supporting her colleagues to grow in their roles and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and sport.
