Collin Touch

Exercise Physiologist

Bio

Collin graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales with a strong belief that exercise is one of the most powerful forms of medicine available to us. Drawing on his academic training, Collin delivers individualised, evidence-based care that helps clients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Collin has experience working with a wide range of clients across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular and metabolic domains. He also has experience with hydrotherapy using the water to help safely bridge the gap into heavier weight-bearing activities on land. Little is more motivating than seeing a client move with more confidence and less pain than when they started which is what drives him to keep refining and personalising every program he delivers.

His background as a competitive swimmer and rock climber at State and National level events, additionally brings both professional expertise and personal insight to his practice, particularly when it comes to injury and recovery.
