
Finn holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney and has since furthered his education by completing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Finn has experience working with a range of chronic conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, healthy ageing and injury recovery. He is particularly passionate about helping aging clients improve their mobility, strength and confidence, with a focus on supporting people to maintain their independence and participate in the activities that are important to them.
Finn is passionate about health, fitness and the role exercise plays in improving quality of life. He believes that exercise should be practical, enjoyable and tailored to each individual, helping clients build the confidence and physical capacity to stay active and independent.
Outside of work, you’ll find Finn playing cricket and going to the beach.
