Paula is a valued member of the Client Services and Administration team at Fleet Healthcare. She has built a strong foundation in customer service with extensive experience over 6 years across various Industries Including telecommunications, content moderation, and most recently, the healthcare sector.

Outside of work, Paula is passionate about physical sports. She played as a varsity athlete in badminton and volleyball and continues to enjoy them both competitively and as leisure activities. In her free time, she also enjoys watching movies or TV shows with her loved ones and traveling to places she loves on a sportbike. Known by her colleagues for being resilient and passionate, Paula approaches every opportunity with a growth mindset and a strong drive to take on new challenges.
