Alexander Hunt
FOUNDER, OWNER + PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Alex is the Managing Director, Principal Physiotherapist and owner of Fleet Healthcare.
Alex has a strong passion in applying his knowledge and expertise in Physiotherapy to assist all individuals in achieving their maximum physical potential, regardless of their current level of ability, condition, or presenting injury. He is constantly reviewing and keeping up to date with the latest research to ensure he is able to provide the highest level of care possible to each and every one of his clients.
Alex has extensive experience in the field of Physiotherapy working with individuals from all demographics. Throughout Alex’s career, he has worked with: Individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities; Elderly; Athletes; Everyday people; People struggling with physical activity; Amputees; Orthopaedic clients; Cardiorespiratory clients; Neurological clients, among others.
Through working with such an extensive demographic of people, Alex has treated and managed a vast array of injuries and conditions, from minor sprains and strains all the way through to post operative rehabilitation.

Graduating from Australian Catholic University, Michael has worked in a number of different areas within physiotherapy with his particular interest being in rehabilitation and exercise.
Passionate about his career, Michael has worked with a number of sporting organisations and private practices throughout Sydney. This experience with different demographics has allowed him to develop an extensive knowledge and skillset to treat a vast array of clinical conditions.
When Michael is not working you can find him playing sports or hanging out with his mates.

Daniel Cooper
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Daniel is a dual qualified Exercise Scientist and Physiotherapist, having completed his Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
He has a strong background in strength and conditioning, and enjoys combining his passion for exercise and knowledge of rehabilitation to achieve positive outcomes for all of his clients. Daniel has worked as a Physiotherapist across multiple settings including sporting teams, private practice, rehabilitation centres and high performance facilities. This has formed a strong passion for helping people rehabilitate injuries, and achieve their health and athletic goals.
In his spare time you will find Daniel exercising, playing golf or enjoying coffee with friends.

Kylie Marks
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Kylie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and a Bachelor of Medical Science.
She has worked in public hospitals, private practices and aged care homes. She has experience treating a broad range of conditions and patients of all ages. Kylie is passionate about assisting the elderly to remain independent in their own home for longer. As part of her passion for falls prevention, she has facilitated multiple Senior Strengthening and Balance exercise classes across the Sutherland Shire. She has also completed a certificate in “Caring for Patients with Dementia” and has a patience and understanding for those with dementia, as well as for family members also affected.
In her spare time Kylie loves volunteering for various Sydney-based dog rescues to help with fundraising, as well as providing practical help with the kennels.

Nicole Besz
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Nicole graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. During this time, Nicole gained experience in pediatrics, geriatrics and sports/musculoskeletal settings. Nicole has a keen interest in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports related injuries. This stems from her own participation in a wide variety of sports.
Nicole takes pleasure in developing and implementing a tailored rehabilitation program and is keen to help others realise their physical potential and assist them to reach their goals.

Mitchell Burrows
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Mitchell graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Exercise Science. He completed postgraduate studies at the University of Sydney and was awarded a Masters of Physiotherapy.
He has worked across a variety of settings; from private practice to aged care facilities and elite sports. Mitchell has also held the position of head youth physiotherapist for Sutherland Sharks FC in the NSW Premier League, which has also involved the successful implementation of injury prevention and strength and conditioning programs.
When he’s not busy working Mitchell can usually be found on the golf course.

Noellin Acabado
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Noellin completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Since beginning her physiotherapy career, she has worked in mainly private practice and aged care settings. She has a strong manual therapy background and so also believes that it is important for clients to allow for rest and recovery if needed.
Noellin’s variety of experience allows her to help problem solve with what a client from any population group may need – whether it be specialised exercise or a special manual therapy technique and always strives to provide optimal client-centred care.

Keely is a Physiotherapist at Fleet Healthcare. Keely graduated from Western Sydney University, with a passion to help people of all ages and abilities.
Keely has experience working in private practice, sporting environments and in the community. This experience has helped her to gain the knowledge to provide the best care possible for all of her patients, achieving positive results specific to their individual needs.
Currently, she is involved with the Cronulla Sharks Junior Rugby League program.
In her spare time, Keely plays representative level touch football, and enjoys spending time with friends.

Daniel Chong
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Daniel is a Physiotherapist at Fleet Healthcare. Daniel graduated from Australian Catholic University completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He has work experience in various clinical settings including hospital, aged care facility and extensive experience in community care.
Daniel has an interest in gerontology and providing care to elderly population, he is passionate about helping elderly in the community to achieve functional independence. He is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association Gerontology group and regularly undergoes continuing professional development activities to provide evidence-based care to all of his patients.
Outside of work as a physiotherapist, he enjoys playing badminton, rock-climbing and spending time with his family.

Ben Tomlinson
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Graduating from the University of South Australia in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Ben immediately relocated to the Sutherland Shire where has been working in private practice and with local sports teams since.
Passionate about rehabilitation, Ben’s motivation for physiotherapy came from his time in the army, where he saw the benefits in physical activity in returning his fellow soldiers from injury.
Ben is keen to help individuals return to their highest level of function and achieve their best quality of life.
When Ben is not working you can find him in the gym, surfing or kicking back with a good coffee.

Mehreen graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy. Mehreen chose to be a physiotherapist as a young person growing up in Kenya, as she had a passion to help people to be strong and pain free.
Mehreen has professional experience working in private practice, private hospitals, aged care facilities and community settings. This experience has helped her develop the needed skills to treat a vast range of patients from minor injuries to post operative rehab, with strong interest in the elderly population. Mehreen enjoys driving around Sydney in her community role as she feels it’s like an adventure at work each day.
In her free time, Mehreen plays soccer at her long-term Russell Lea Soccer Club and loves spending time with friends and cooking for them.

Tahlia Fulton
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Tahlia graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a goal of empowering patients to regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.
Tahlia has had experience working with multiple sporting teams as team Physio and Strength and Conditioning Coach. She has also had exposure to patients with a variety of cardiopulmonary, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions during her clinical placements.
Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys spending her time keeping active in the gym, going camping, walking her dog Zeus and socialising with friends and family.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Bozana graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise) in 2018 and went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2020 at the University of Technology Sydney.
Bozana prides herself on an evidence-based approach to all treatment, the quality of manual and exercise treatment options, a commitment to research and offering the best treatment options for patients in need.
Bozana has a growing interest in musculoskeletal injuries, particularly involving the hip, knee and ankle and ensures all treatment plans are to the highest level of evidence. If you are having trouble with your hips, knees or ankles then Bozana is the therapist for you!

Ray joins us with over a decade of experience as a physiotherapist. He has worked in a variety of settings including: hospital, community care, private practice, and elite sport. Ray is a specialist in the field of chronic/persistent pain management, leading an integrated persistent pain program.
Ray is extremely passionate about supporting people suffering from chronic/persistent pain. After going through his own traumatic accident, he has dedicated his professional career to offering an integrated model of care which he believes produces the most effective results. He has helped everyone from office workers to the elderly overcome pain and get back to fitness. Ray is also a mindfulness practitioner, psychology graduate, and researcher.
As an Integrative and Pain Physiotherapist, Ray treats you as a whole person, integrating traditional physiotherapy, psychology, mindfulness and, overall wellbeing as the basis of his treatments. He aims to empower you to take care of your health and wellbeing.

Tracey Pearce
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Tracey is a passionate community physiotherapist with 20 years of experience. She completed her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, where she currently holds a teaching role within the Discipline of Physiotherapy.
Tracey’s passion lies in rehabilitation. She has a strong background in geriatric, neurological, and orthopaedic physiotherapy. Her experience in acute hospital care, community settings, as well as inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, allows Tracey to draw on her varied background to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
Tracey has a genuine interest in understanding her clients’ functional goals and circumstances to collaborate with them to achieve improved function and quality of life.
Tracey is a mother to three, and in her leisure time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking her labradoodle for a jog, and socialising with friends.
