Bio

Tiffany is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) passionate about helping people build sustainable, balanced relationships with food. She graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Newcastle in 2019, providing a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and dietetic practice.

With experience across community health, aged care, and NDIS services, Tiffany supports clients with a wide range of conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and malnutrition. She provides practical, evidence-based nutrition advice that is simple, achievable, and tailored to each individual’s lifestyle and cultural background.
Having lived in both Australia and Hong Kong, she is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with professional proficiency. Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking or playing the ukulele.
